Cooking Is My Passion.

After graduating culinary school, I headed to Paris to continue my education through classes taught by world-renowned Three Michelin Star Chefs. In Paris, I earned an invaluable internship at the Eiffel Tower at Alain Ducasse’s Michelin Star restaurant, Le Jules Verne, where I learned how to mix classic French techniques with a modern twist. During that time, I was also fortunate enough to travel throughout Europe and taste a wide variety of cuisines and experience incredible cultures.

 

After completing my internship in 2012, I returned to the United States and began building my culinary career in San Francisco at some of the best restaurants in the city. After years in the restaurant world, I decided I needed a change of pace -- so I started work at a popular tech startup, where I cooked breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 300 employees each day. It was an incredibly exciting experience, as we had an ever-changing menu that constantly challenged me and allowed me to cook cuisines from around the globe. 

 

I love what I do, and I love to make people happy through food, whether it's a group of 300 or a private dinner for 2.
